Since its incorporation in November 2014, HTTC has focused on skill development training and testing services, aiming to equip Indian youths for careers in Singapore's construction industry. Through monthly assessments conducted by BCA, trained candidates are evaluated for various construction job roles, leading to employment opportunities with Singaporean construction companies.
