Vision:

Quivan Skill Empowerment Pvt. Ltd. will be the Prime Quality Skill Development Training, Testing and Placement Organization in Eastern India by 2020. Operating at different states of India, Quivan will build careers of unskilled and unemployed youth as skilled operators in different Industrial Sectors in India and abroad. Quivan will emerge as a major role player in different Skill Development Projects launched by Government of India and different State Governments.

Mission:

Quivan will set up 60 more Skills Training and Testing Centers in addition to the present 40 Centers and mobilize resources to provide effective employable skill to a target population of 1,00,000 unemployed youth especially the unskilled and unemployed youth and arrange job placement in Indian and Overseas industries by 2020. Quivan will Up-skill 20,000 employed operators in different job roles for better Quality of Life.
