Quivan strongly believes that by and large young generation has the potential to solve the generic problems of identifying their capabilities to work effectively and profitably if proper guidance and supports are extended in right time.

Quivan locates the manpower watershed of unskilled and unemployed youth who are unable to get any opportunity for higher education, imparts skills of different crafts according to the aptitude preparing for gainful employment with a positive attitude.

Quivan builds career of the unemployed unskilled and unemployed youth by conducting large number of skill development courses covering a wide spectrum of Job Roles specified by the Sector Skill Councils of industry segments. On successful completion of courses interviews and tests are arranged for employment.
